7. However, Access of panel will be made available to the INTERNAL AUDITOR and directors of “Quickobook” only in the centre of the Diagnostics Centre. Address : Ambicapatty,  Chowrangi, pin 788004 OR Meherpur : Incase any change of password of panel should be informed to the internal auditor and directors of QUICKOBOOK only.

8. Marketing of DIAGNOSTIC CENTRE and the sector will be done exclusively in and around Barak Valley. QUICKOBOOK will not be doing any marketing for any others diagnostics centre for that area (Barak Valley). INCASE, marketing of DIAGNOSTIC CENTRE and the sector which is not available in his centre will be done by us. If Diagnostics centre comes with any new segment, they have to inform  QUICK O BOOK through to [email protected] / [email protected]

DURATION: The duration of this Agreement shall be for a period of 5 years commencing from 1st January ,2021 . On the expiry of this period of earlier, the Agreement may be extended for such further period and on such terms as the parties may be mutually agreed in writing.
